Core Classes
Strengthen your body from the inside out. Our licensed therapist will guide you through techniques that improve strength, flexibility, and breathing while teaching ways to engage your core muscles in everyday movement. You’ll also learn proper body mechanics to support long-term wellness. All equipment is provided.

Group Packages
Achieve results and build camaraderie through our personalized oversight of your group’s fitness development. Great for team building for your employee work group. There is a focus on core-strengthening and body mechanics to build a solid foundation for wellness and injury prevention on the job.
