Bryanna Perry, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist who is passionate about helping people become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 and began her career as an outpatient physical therapist serving the Dallas/Fort Worth community before joining the team at Optimum Health & Wellness.
Bryanna has a particular passion for women’s health and pelvic health, where she believes there is an enormous need for better education, understanding, and individualized care. Her clinical experience includes pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pre- and postpartum care, and C-section recovery. She also brings strong experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and ACL rehabilitation.
Her approach to physical therapy is highly individualized. Bryanna believes that taking the time to understand each person’s goals, lifestyle, and unique needs is essential to helping them achieve lasting results. Her goal is not simply to treat an injury, but to help each client get back to the life they want to live.
Bryanna’s training includes pelvic health certification and dry needling, along with experience in manual therapy, manipulation, myofascial release, joint and soft-tissue mobilization, IASTM, cupping, kinesio taping, and RockTape.
Outside of the clinic, Bryanna enjoys hiking, running, reading, crocheting and knitting, exploring the outdoors through hiking, paddleboarding and camping, and discovering new coffee shops. She is guided by values of growth and reinvention, authenticity, adventure, connection, community, and helping others.
Bryanna’s favorite reminder is one that reflects her approach to both life and physical therapy:
“You will get there. But don’t hurry how you’ve never been here. And here is wonderful.”
We’re excited to have Bryanna bringing her expertise, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping others to the Optimum Health & Wellness team!
