Carly Yoder

PT

Carly grew up in Pennsylvania and now proudly calls North Pole, Alaska home — a community she has come to deeply love and serve. Prior to joining Optimum Health & Wellness, she completed a physical therapy contract in North Pole, allowing her to build strong connections and roots in the area. As a mom to a young child with another on the way, Carly brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion into every aspect of her work.

Carly earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and brings over eight years of experience as a certified Athletic Trainer, giving her a well-rounded and dynamic approach to patient care. She is passionate about helping individuals return to their desired level of function by providing the tools, encouragement, and support they need to succeed. Her care philosophy centers on treating each patient as a whole person, ensuring they feel empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Carly is committed to improving efficiency in documentation so that more time and energy can be devoted to what matters most — her patients. Guided by integrity and intention, she believes every interaction is an opportunity to positively influence someone’s life.

Carly lives by the belief: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” a principle that shapes both her personal life and her approach to patient care each day.
